Terms of Service
Welcome to weSocial, a service of weSocial Global ("weSocial Global," "weSocial," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the weSocial social media platform, apps, websites, features, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account, accessing, or using weSocial, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use weSocial.
1. Eligibility
- You must be at least 17 years old to use weSocial.
- You may not use weSocial if you are a convicted sex offender or otherwise prohibited by law.
- Only real names and accurate information may be used when registering.
- Each person may create only one personal account unless authorized by weSocial.
2. Your Account
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You may not sell, transfer, or share access to your account without permission.
- If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately at support@wesocialglobal.com.
3. Your Content & Rights
- You own the content (posts, photos, videos, etc.) you create and share on weSocial.
- By posting, you grant weSocial a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to host, display, distribute, and improve our Services using your content (in line with your privacy settings).
- This license ends when you delete your content or account, except for content already shared with others who have not deleted it.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use weSocial to:
- Post unlawful, harmful, hateful, or sexually explicit content.
- Harass, bully, or threaten others.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
- Upload malware, viruses, or attempt to disrupt the platform.
- Violate intellectual property rights of others.
- Interfere with or exploit weSocial systems without authorization.
5. Our Rights
- We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that break our rules.
- We may update or modify Services at any time.
- We may remove or restrict access to content that violates laws, community standards, or these Terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
weSocial is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.
- We make no guarantees about uninterrupted or error-free operation.
- To the fullest extent allowed by law, weSocial is not responsible for loss of data, profits, or revenues; offensive or unlawful user-generated content; or service interruptions or technical issues.
- Our maximum liability to you will not exceed $100 or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (whichever is greater).
7. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana. Legal disputes must be resolved exclusively in the U.S. 4th Judicial District Court or a state court in Ouachita Parish, Louisiana.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our Services or policies. If updates are significant, we will notify you in advance. Continued use of weSocial after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
